Not at all. Our workshops are designed for beginners and people who have tried apps before but felt overwhelmed. We start from the basics and move at a comfortable pace.
What kind of tools do you cover?
We focus on widely available digital tools — budgeting apps, e-wallet tracking features, spreadsheet templates, and expense-tracking platforms that work well in Malaysia. We compare options and help you choose what suits your habits.
Are the sessions held in person or online?
We run both formats. The Tools Setup Workshop is available in person at our Putrajaya office and as a live online session. The Digital Literacy Programme includes scheduled in-person group sessions. Contact us for current schedules.
What does the Digital Toolkit Membership include?
Members receive monthly tutorial sessions, access to a growing library of setup guides and templates, and access to a community forum where you can ask questions and share tips. New tool walkthroughs are added regularly.
Is the Digital Literacy Programme certificate recognised?
We issue a certificate of attendance upon completing the programme. It confirms you have participated in a structured course on digital money management tools and completed the required sessions.
How do I pay and is there a refund policy?
We accept online bank transfers and most major Malaysian e-wallets. Our refund and cancellation terms are detailed in our Terms & Conditions. Feel free to ask us before enrolling if you have specific concerns.
Will my personal or financial information be shared?
We do not ask you to share any personal financial data during our sessions. Workshops and tutorials focus on tools and methods in general — you apply them privately on your own device. Your contact details are handled per our Privacy Policy.
