8. Programme-Specific Terms
Certificate of Attendance (Digital Literacy Programme): Certificates are issued upon completion of all required sessions. Attendance at a minimum of 4 out of 5 sessions is required. Certificates confirm attendance and completion of the course only and do not constitute a professional qualification or licence.

9. Disclaimers
Our Programmes provide general educational information about digital tools for personal money organisation. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service under Malaysian law.
We do not make any representations about specific financial outcomes that may or may not result from using the tools covered in our Programmes. Moolore is an educational provider, not a licensed financial adviser.
Content is provided for educational purposes on an "as is" basis. We aim to keep materials current but do not warrant that all information is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Moolore's liability in connection with any Programme or use of our website is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Programme in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in our Programmes or use of tools discussed in sessions, including but not limited to financial loss or data loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moolore, its staff, and facilitators from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during Programmes, or your use of Content in ways not permitted by this Agreement.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a Programme or revoke access at our discretion if they breach these Terms, engage in disruptive behaviour, or misuse Programme materials.
If we terminate your access due to a breach, no refund will be issued. If you choose to withdraw from a Programme, refund terms in Section 7 apply.
13. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally.
